Put on your costume, grab your candy bag, and join neighbors across Penn Township for an evening of safe, family-friendly Trick-or-Treating! From 6:00–7:30 PM, kids and families can visit participating homes throughout the city to collect treats and enjoy the Halloween spirit.

Residents are encouraged to keep porch lights on to welcome trick-or-treaters, and families are reminded to follow basic safety tips — use reflective gear, walk in groups, and stay on sidewalks when possible.
